(Often hire new staff to spy and get rid of old staff) 2) Constant change of management (No direction) 3) Customer and sales relationship not as close as some are bypassing local subsidiaries. 4) Ridiculous budget 5) German visits every other month to monitor but doesn’t provide any support Environment 1) Most political company in my whole career 2) Pantry budget cut 3) Benefits cut
