Short staffing continues to be a large concern which can put professionals in positions where they must perform tasks outside of reasonable expectations

The residents were so wonderful

I had a difficult experience working at Northgate Healthcare. There were ongoing issues with communication, respect within leadership, and lack of alignment that made it hard to effectively manage and support my team. Situations were often escalated without proper discussion, which undermined leadership roles and created unnecessary tension. I believe it’s important for people to understand the environment they’re stepping into, and this was mine. Hoping this helps someone make a more informed decision
