Pros
The purpose of helping others. Co-workers for the most part are amazing. Some member of regular management can be amazing. Low wage however PTO is pretty decent.
Cons
Upper management too busy trying to look “woke” they miss the “Mark” every single time. They really want to help the community but, as long as is NOT too difficult. Upper management are constantly high-fiving each other, looking good for the camera, patting themselves on the back, taking credit for the hard work the ones who are putting their all out for the community.
