Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are so sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. Each campsite is required to make sure every teacher takes a 30-minute lunch break, and all outdoor group(s) have a student:teacher ratio that is well below the guidelines set by DOH as an additional layer of precaution. Classroom organization at the beginning and end of day ensures teachers have their supplies to ensure a smooth camp experience and has always been compensated. For example, this summer, every teacher is receiving additional 2.5 hours paid preparation time each day.
