      My personal team prior to layoff was great.

      Cons

      Poor market conditions demand change but unlike past drops, the current management at NOV responded poorly. NOV use to be a place that while you may not get paid well you still wanted to be because of the people and management. Change in leadership in past years has lead to sneaky, back stabbing behaviors all to strive to meet impossible numbers. NOV went from being people & customer based to fear & number based.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
