      A wonderful environment at work, good opportunities to lead projects and easy communication with co-workers from across the globe.

      Cons

      In some projects or situations, I wish I could have more authonomy to lead and suggest local projects and solutions according to local culture (some projects were too based on American format).

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
