      Young team but experienced enough to be able to contribute in all tasks. Multicultural company that takes care about employees. Biggest drilling equipment supplier on the world which brings lot of innovative products out on the market.

      Cons

      Downturn in oil business is affecting NOV. Therefore, there are challenges for keeping all previously employed people. Salary wages could be improved.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
