      The company has flexible work hours. the company is willing to take risks. They have a hefty bonus plan. There are a lot of different business groups

      Cons

      hard to move up in the company. Management does not care about employees career growth. They pay much less than other similar companies. They factor the bonus into your salary, but the bonus is not guaranteed.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
