      Benefits are good. People are ok to work for.

      Cons

      Lots of work and doing other peoples job. Long hours and with that being said you could have to run to a gas rig at 5:00pm to deliver a roll of toilet paper.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
