      Great company structure and areas of growth. Great benefits and resources. Houston is a great place to work and live.

      Large company and sometimes you may get lost in the crowd. Many locations located in Houston and it may be confusing to others.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
