      Pros

      Management @ Corporate is very relaxed, they offer plenty of training, and are big in giving back to the community. CEO is very down to earth, and makes great business decisions, it's a shame he left the company.

      Cons

      Pay is decent, haven't been here long enough to get a detailed perspective. Wish there was more room to grow here.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
