      Pros

      Direct management is good. They actually praise hard work.

      Cons

      Upper management could careless about you. Been here for years and haven’t had a raise or even a review in over three years but the work load just keeps piling up. Gets ride of good employees and keeps the ones that don’t work because of politics and friendships.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
