Pros
This is directed towards NOV Rig Solution- Sugar Land, Tx. Awesome benifits, mediocre starting pay, but the benifits are awesome (oh I said that already), They have a wonderful HSE culture, when there is someone to guide it.
Cons
Lack of opportunity to advance, poor communication from management down to employees. RS-SGL still considers itself to be Baylor Brakes, with nominal attention paid to NOV Corporate, in my opinion.
