Pros

Internal job transfers are fairly easy. Work pace is not pressured. On Call schedule varies depending on how many sales people you have working at a given branch. Most all of their service end / rental divisions pay quite well and treat their employees fairly well.

Cons

Lack of accountability. Even when it came to upper management, it seemed as though people just turned a blind eye to a lot of issues that needed to be addressed. One past worker got drunk and wrecked a work truck and then applied for a store manager position / transfer and it was accepted! Depending on what division of the company you worked for, it seemed there was a wide range when it came to whether or not people cared if they got your business. Their smith fiberglass division was especially bad.
