      NOV has money to throw a problems and has very interesting problems to solve.

      Upper Management and C suite have never worked in Tech sector. Lots of Oil workers making technical decisions.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
