      Pros

      I never wanted to kill myself. In fact, most days I found the job entertaining. Management did a great job of keeping me engaged and handing me additional responsibilities as I proved I could take them on.

      Cons

      A fairly old school culture. As a recent college graduate I'm sure there are more enjoyable experiences out there. Really not too much to complain about though. Left on good terms.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
