Pros
Good environment to learn or get your foot in the door in O&G manufacturing.
Cons
Leadership does not support employees, treats them as a number. Senior staff treats new staff terribly, sets them up for failure by withholding their product knowledge for their own job security. Everyone is out for themselves, team work is non existent. Back stabbing is common, CYA and be cautious, these people will make sure you get on the layoff list. They don't hand out raises, but will give you more work. Women are often overlooked for roles they are qualified for over men from the field, despite years of working with the products. I was constantly insulted by management up to the executive level, about my product knowledge and capabilities just because I'm a woman. Females working here should expect to be treated this way, with inappropriate comments, passed up for promotion all the time and never taken seriously regardless of your hard work. No bonus for a sales role, low pay, hourly wage.
