      Cons

      under paid unethical practices you are just a number micro management scrapping product that is selling to get a bigger bonus. Then reordering the next day at a higher material cost. no customer focus

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
