Pros
Compensation and benefits are great. Casual work environment, but can get too casual at times. Worked with latest technologies, great learning environment. Some extremely talented individuals.
Cons
Huge re-org process underway after distribution split. Responsibilities and scope of work changed after 2nd year; then my title was changed. Not same job I was hired to do; have no idea what my actual job will look like in 6 months. "Working" managers great at technology, bad people/team management skills. Constant acquisitions makes fractured, piecemeal infrastructure with no consistency very difficult to support. IT policies set on paper not practiced; no cohesion between departments or regions. VERY lax and reactive attitude in IT silo.
