A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! - Credit Manager NOV Employee Review

No support from Upper Management. No support AT ALL from HR! They are all a joke! You are left to fend for yourself in most situations which includes training yourself when/if ever needed. Everything is based on who can BS the best rather than on true talent and experience. Pay raises are few and far between! It's all about who you know to get that very allusive "pat on the back" unless you are really good at the aforementioned skill at BS.
