      Bad practices all over You have to be from the Ivy League of some sort to advance Need connections, nepotism all over. HR is a corporate tool that cleans houses when needed.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
