Not the best, not the worst - Scrum Master NOV Employee Review

No pay raises or performance reviews in the 3 years I have worked there, even though I've consistently asked for a review -- you might get the run around. At times there is tribal friction between Business and Tech (corporate). They're trying to use SAFe and it's just adding more layers to the madness. They cut the highest quality engineers, among other team members in order to "cut costs" but they gave C Suite big pay packages. It's an older company, which means they're stuck in their ways, which is a disadvantage for software development.
