      You Have to be able to do it all, upper management expects you to work for little pay or they want you to keep asking and asking and asking but they hate to do all the paperwork

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
