Pros
This was a good stable job and career for me for 2 years. The pay was okay, my hiring and office manager for the first 1.5 years was amazing appreciative and a huge rescourse. Those of us in the corporate office got along beautifully.
Cons
New management seemed to value money over everything else. Regardless of work completed. They tell you keep your salary private, but only because they play favorites. An employee was paid $29/hr for the same quality and effort of work I did. After giving her $13 more than me per hour, I asked for a raise and they gave me a $1 raise. New management is impersonal and cold, with friendly voices. If you want to work here, demand fair payment/compensation, or else you will be taken for granted. The coworkers I left behind are still being insanely underpaid.
