Sometimes feels like family. Good benefits. You might have flexibility, depending on who you report to. Lots of "parties" and employee gratitude.

Sometimes feels like a dysfunctional family. Policies are unwritten or poorly followed or just not applied to everyone. There is a strange underlying fear of losing people who are hard to work with and less than productive. Office is very old/outdated.
