Terrible workplace all around. No respect for work-life balance. No profit sharing. Bad salary structure. High staff turnover, low staff recruitment. You have to take multiple roles within your department. It's possibly, one of the worst places to work in the world — I dare say.

A young institutions with visibility, learning and growth opportunity. Runs an open door system at the top. It’s egalitarian and encourages staff development.

Work-life balance is a bit of a challenge, increasing unhealthy pressures, less efficiency in processes/time management and a very high staff turnover. Late working that’s unhealthy. There is a cultural clash and mixed message too. All can create confusion and demoralize staff.
