I enjoyed my time while at NOVA music. The owner is very passionate about music and has the money from his day job to run the store as he wants - which was nice. It's a locally owned shop and has the largest collection of Ukuleles in the area. There's high turnover and not a lot of opportunity for growth. A great first job though or good if you are a teen looking for something other than mall retail or fast food.

None really - store could get a bit cluttered at times, but otherwise it's a good music store.
