scary place - Customer Relationship Mgr. NP Employee Review

It was great to work for a place that actually cared about their employees. I would have stayed but i had some personal issues t hat prevented me from working. I am thinking about reapplying when my situation changes.

I do not have any cons

The process is very good. The operations person does a great job and the procedures are all laid out for you.

They are very clear (after you start) that if you bring in National Accounts that they belong to the company and not you. They will give all of the offices away to the people who suck up to them. They also have an inside call center that takes over the account and you get zero compensation. If someone comes in and says they can more business out of an account, they will give it to them. So lying works. When you are hired you get to name some protected accounts. The word protected means nothing. They will give it to whoever is in their good graces (Sucking up). So their word is worth nothing. This is an ego-centric employer. He is the only one you have to stay in the good graces with. If they like you great, if not, thanks for the big account. You are not building your book here. You are at the whim of the big ego.
