This company placed me in great schools where I enjoyed teaching.
They care a lot about their employees' well-being, and about placing the right teachers in the right schools.

Schools' budgets are tight, and make it difficult to pay teachers well.
The staff were great. No micromanaging. I wasn't bothered by them. I guess I was just lucky. Schools were very friendly! The office staff were easy to talk to and replied quickly to all concerns. This was only of my favorite jobs in Japan!
Cons
They do provide teaching materials, but not that much.
