Cons
This is an organisation that puts money before student safety and wellbeing, their pastoral care is poor. The internal quality cycle is a joke as you are asked on the quiet what day and time you want the inspection done. There is a bullying culture which disseminates from CEO level downwards and actively encouraged through management. Staff are disrespected,undervalued and unappreciated. The safety of some of the staff and students working areas are questionable to say the least. Some staff are unqualified and inappropriate in front of students. The level of support offered by management is atrocious and are never contactable, unreliable,unaccountable and inconsistent. All in all the management is weak at best.
