Amazing mission. The people we serve experience positive life change by completing our program. Every graduation, I am reminded of why I work here. Employee Benefits are good. Flexible scheduling allows for work life balance. Generous PTO. Cyclic program schedules so the ebbs and flows allow for quieter times and busier times. All in all, a great organization.
Cons
The field of tech seems to be advancing faster than NPower’s program offerings. If we’re not careful, our basic course will not be enough for job placement. Focus on staying ahead of the curve and implementing program updates faster in the field.
