      Warehouse Team was great, some of the corporate team was very helpful, and the customer RH was wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      lack of communication and expectation made for difficulty.

      - Senior Management allows for open dialog and thrives on betterment of the company by seeking input from established managers. - Company give the vibe that you are very important to the process

      - Getting lost in the fray is easy if you are not drawing negative attention. - Smaller company equals less advancement opportunities for upper management - little interaction with senior leaders
