Good - System Engineer NSDM INDIA Employee Review

I've been working here for 4-5 months as of now. The management here is really helpful. I was honestly, very nervous as I didn't know what the work assigned to me will be and it was a whole theory-to-practical conundrum. But fortunately, in my case, i got good assistance and guidance from Harshit Sir and other people in management. Its alright if you haven't worked prior to this place anywhere, cause they will teach how to apply your theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. So bottomline is, this place is great if you want some good knowledge and experience under your belt.

Everyone here is so pumped up to work and give their best, that some often there pops up a situation where workload rises. But hey, which workplace doesn't have a workload?

Working at NSDM INDIA is like playing your favourite game in a park. You get to work on things which you like, brainstorm with your colleagues regarding new strategies, and have fun after completing the task successfully. All these things and my superior colleagues are the best and it keeps me going and keeps me motivated.

The only con of working over here is that u get tired at the end of the day, but still its worth working at such a nice place.
