      Managers support their team. Everyone is very passionate about their work and job. Colleagues are flexible and work together to cover each other when need to.

      Cons

      Constantly changing something which sometime puts a wrench on individual teams and takes a while to re-organize.

      Good people The right intentions Could be the best

      Cons

      Business units managing their own P&Ls and not backed by leadership to invest in impactful solutions. Its very apparent that everyone is playing cover their own situation. Growing pressure from the top in the midst of nothing but change.
