Growing company with some growing pains - Service Desk Technician NSM Insurance Employee Review

Despite good comp growth, zero growth opportunity in my role. Didn't love my manager's style (micromanaging), but there were definitely others at the company that seemed alright to work with, your mileage may vary. Despite being a very large company now, it's still run like a family business at the top, lots of turnover.
