Pros
Pays well, the kitchen is well-stocked with free snacks and fruit, the offices are pretty (and convenient), the building has a gym you can use for free, if you want to stay there long term you can certainly get promoted
Cons
There is a lot of turnover at the firm and people do not tend to stay very long, the work can be tedious and not very meaningful, management is much more conservative than the rest of the firm, management is not very diverse, core technology is more than a decade out of date
