Pros

Most employees are hard working and have a drive to help anyone through the process of buying tires selling services. Benefits are very good. Pay is good and pay structures staring to change to benefit employees.

Cons

Just like any industry, there are downsides and one mostly are dealing with some impatient customers. No big deal. The other downside is going to be the long hours and working major holidays. Pay is worth it but your quality of life will suffer.

Free toilet paper in the bathroom

Low pay, overworked management, under valued, pushy tactics to sell, long hours, unpaid breaks, no real room for advancement, incompetent higher up management, big disconnect between customers and company, unrealistic standards, unrewarding bonuses and rewards, toxic work environments, unresponsive and unreliable HR, unreliable operating system, favoritism.
