Pros
Environment, the ability to learn and work on cars and vehicles. Being able to earn certifications for various automotive tasks is really good.
Cons
There’s a great confusion about how your pay differs and goes up as time goes and and you become more experienced and qualified. Chain of command is less of what is to be desired honestly. It’s nice and all but there are some signs of nepotism depending on who you have too look up to.
