Terrible management, no work-life balance - Service Manager NTB Employee Review

This place is run by a terrible management that it was hard to cope and stay motivated every day. They were unsupportive and didn't even care about their employees per se. Work-life balance here was nonexistent because of too much workload. It wasn't a very recommendable place to work for.
