Pros
Money is good, I have really enjoyed working with most of the people in the stores. Most customers are okay
Cons
Work life balance...there is none! District managers and up make you feel like your never doing you job good enough. They will always tell you to do more. 19.99 oil changes add to car count but destroy GP. Most customers just want a 19.99 oil change.
