      Pros

      The pay for the mechanics is decent if you are an ASE certified technician you can make really good money

      Cons

      They have absolutely cut out over time in the shop and the managers are expected to work on cars to make up the difference and when it gets really busy there are not enough people for the amount of customers there are

      Was very open about the job and pay. The goals of the store itself and as a team. Very friendly and welcoming.
