Administrative work: A portion of the job involves administrative tasks, including mandatory student progress tracking and lesson materials update. Managing this alongside a packed teaching schedule, especially during exam period, requires careful time management. Limited Schedule Flexibility: Though it is not a problem for me, the core teaching hours are evenings and Saturdays to match student availability. This may not suit everyone's desired working schedule, though it does allow for free time on weekday days.

The best part of the job is the people. The team helps each other out. Managers are accessible. The work schedule is stable, which is great for work-life balance. The pay is quite competitive compared to similar roles.
