      Pros

      Easy job to get. You will pretty much get hired just for applying.

      Cons

      I figured out they are a staffing service for other contracting companies. The recruiter I spoke with spoke from a script. not any enthusiasm regarding the job I applied for. Was hired then took 2 months to put me on assignment, although no one bothered to tell me they didn't have the contract in place to put me to work. They use resumes to fill their database, and no real work available. Don't work for them if you can find other work.

      Pros

      Part time on-site auditing and sourcing for major OEM’s in the aerospace industry. NTS - Unitek has a great working relationship and reputation amount large OEM’s such as Pratt & Whitney, Boeing, Airbus, and GE Aircraft to name a few.

      Cons

      I have no cons for this organization. They are heads above the companies I had worked for in my aerospace quality management / engineering career spanning 20 years.
