      Pros

      Clean and new facilities, fair work-life balance.

      Cons

      There is no possibility of personal growth, lack of managerial experience. Turnover is extremely high. Management lacks people skills and can get verbally abusive at times. Unprofessional.

      Pros

      clean, organized and room for promotion. Company works by performance and you can grow in the company. After new VP took over, I have seen new orders and new career opportunities.

      Cons

      schedule was inconsistent. was running out of capacity. but heard they were investing more to increase it.

      Clean and room for growth. I was a temp and ended up as a supervisor. If you show solution to problems and help the company they will promote you

      Schedule was inconsistent. After New VP took over orders started to come in and got better.
