Pros

Startup culture. Small teams. DIY mentality with little oversight. Some freedom to schedule your week as you wish. 3 days in office. 2 WFH. Lunch is nice. High energy. Mostly good vibes. V2G and DER - energy trading is a growing field. Lots to learn. Nuvve is a place to learn. It will test you. Opportunity for growth.

Cons

Lack of handholding. Chaotic energy at times. (startup vibes). Some positions are not being backfilled. (happens everywhere). Does not make it ok. Sometimes the ticketing system is an endless loop of doom.

Pros

- Relevant work - At Nuvve, the small company size and lean teams ensure that interns are directly involved in projects, offering an experience akin to that of full-time engineers and analysts. - Headquarters location – San Diego, where Nuvve's HQ is located, is a beautiful city with plenty of things to do. Nuvve flew us for a week-long office visit that was a remarkable experience. - Warming culture – As is characteristic of small companies, there's a sense of camaraderie where everyone knows each other by name.

Cons

- Compensation for Graduate Students: It's worth noting that the compensation for graduate students at Nuvve might be lower compared to larger corporations. - Cost of Living in San Diego: Given that San Diego boasts a high cost of living, this factor becomes especially relevant for those contemplating relocation.
