      Decent pay. People in our division are nice. That’s pretty much it.

      Cons

      Benefits are bad. Health insurance is very expensive. No 401k match. Everyone is squeezed for maximum shareholder benefit.

      The office staff cares about employees, the staff is very caring about eachother, lots of after-work activities, good and honest work, managers are attentive to needs, and there are plenty of opportunities to move up the ladder.

      Cons

      Sometimes I'd rather be at work than at home.
