Pros
Consistent with finding assignments been working for them off and on for a long time and can be a good way to enter a new career as I took them on full time after being frustrated with the grocery store business.
Cons
Some of the properties they send you to can be very nasty to their help. Also not enough ongoing jobs to go around consistently as well as they can make transitioning from temp to perm in a apartment building very taxing for a company.
