Pros
The gals that work in the office are good and on their game for scheduling, support. The work and choice of parts are easy to install.
Cons
Promises of bonus and raises to get you thru the door, only to make excuses why those are not happening anymore. Medical is not worth it, you dont accrue vacation till after your first year making a 2 year wait to draw. Owner makes a ton of money but fails incredibly short with followthru to employee's. I remember being scolded because i did not want to install a faulty part in a purple heart awarded veterans home.
