1. Women are very less in number, and targeted during layoffs to save some seats. They are also cornered. 2. Growth is slow on the software side. 3. Extreme favoritism from the management which is very obvious. The HRs are almost invisible. They were only present during layoffs. 4. Old school management from a lot of middle aged people, making the culture toxic.
