Pros
Working with very bright people on not quite leading edge technology, but pushing near leading edge technology. Good health benefits. 401k matching Benefits still Freescale based for now, but will transition to NXP based next year.
Cons
Pros were with Freescale, but since NXP buyout / merger, focus has been on cutting costs and on auto group. May continue well for that auto, but less emphasis on using leading edge technologies like for high end SoCs.
